(YEMCO) was originally established in 1982 under the name of Auto Center Al-Yemni to handle the ISUZU business since it was appointed as the Authorized Dealer of ISUZU Motors Co in that year. In 2003, a new corporate identity was introduced to meet up with size and nature of business the company is handling. Auto Center Al-Yemni was then changed to AL-YEMNI MOTORS CO.

Al-Motwakil Motors Company, Ltd. (Al-Motwakil) was established in 1965. Al-Motwakil Motors is the authorized dealer of Peugeot automobiles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 2006, the group has acquired the Al-Motwakil. Since then Peugeot was re-launched to the market.
